All in His timing

Because of the perfect timing of Christmas and New Years, I decided to spend 6 days of PTO in return for 16 days in a row off. In the economy of PTO, I did fairly well.I made plans to "do this", and "do that", but God had different plans. He said you need rest and time to connect with me. As of Christmas Day, I started to feel sick. Today, my chest is tight, my throat is sore and my nose is running.I hear you Lord. Rest it is. Reading scripture, prayers and reflection on its way. I will probably still be able to get the things done I was looking to accomplish, just a little slower.
