Fasting

Today I am starting a 21 day fast. It is more about what i am adding to my time than what I take away.

My plans for the next 21 days are as follows:

3 times a day I will focus time on 4 items. Prayer, meditation, reading and stretching. This behavior is a potential long term lifestyle, but by no means is it a condemnation of myself if it does not happen to be long term or if it does not happen everyday during the 21 days due to any unforeseen circumstances.

I plan on sticking to a strict diet for 21 days and a strict sleep cycle.

God’s presence is with me as I enter into this time and I am thankful for His peace.

I am not sure what this time will bring, but i welcome the outcome.
