Here or asleep?
To state it as simple as possible, we are an eternal thought, driving a flesh suit around that is connected to God and others if we so choose to be connected.
We can choose to be in this moment and be the conscious thought or allow of flesh suit to exist each day. Allowing it to take us from frustration to frustration, until it eventually rots our body and mind away.
I choose to be in this moment and move myself to be in every moment I can, allowing God to show me new and amazing things in my existence.
Life is too short to be asleep at the wheel letting our bodies dictate everything about a day.
I am HERE and NOW Lord, what are we doing together?
